When can I expect my bins to be delivered?
Your bins will usually be delivered within 5-10 working days of the start date. If there is a delay, you will be notified by our operations team.
What do I need to ensure the day before my bins are collected?
The night before your scheduled collection date you need to ensure the bins are placed in an easily accessible area for your driver, with no blocked access for your collection to be completed. Should this not be the case, you will need to contact customer services to rearrange the collection.
WHAT IS THE SKIP SIZE I NORMALLY SEE ON A BUILDING SITES?
The standard skip you see on building sites is our most popular choice known as a builders skip or an 8cy skip. Please see dimensions above for more information.
How much can I fill a skip?
The waste should be level with the top of the skip. If it is filled above this level, there is a risk of it not being to be transported safely and excess charges may apply.
WHAT CAN I PUT IN THE SKIP?
Skips are used for the removal of non-hazardous waste such as building debris, household items and green waste etc. If you need to dispose of hazardous waste you need special permits and containers. It is illegal for you to mix hazardous waste with non-hazardous waste.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY WASTE?
Your waste will be transported directly to our fully licensed waste transfer station where state of the art picking stations and machinery will process your waste and recycle a 100% of its content.
